Wabongo Leadership Council is a non profit organization that exists to build a more cohesive and inclusive community.
Opportunity
- Wabongo Leadership has inadvertently had to replace board members due to positive attrition. This removal of talent led to a reduction in capacity and ineffective time management.
- The brand identity for Wabongo was never developed with attracting sponsors and captivating stakeholders in mind.
Approach
Conduct a website redesign that delivers a clear, compelling message to the personas. Collaborate to develop a strategic plan with standard operating procedures for consistent communication and transparency.
Results
Launched a new, more robust brand identity to the public in March of 2018 that clearly defined the value statement, vision, and mission of the organization. Complete with Logo, Apparel, Stickers, Website, and Stationary.
Developed Standard Operating Procedures for the departments that show specific tasks and desired results. Click here for an example of SOPs.
